Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 11, 2023, from 11:50 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 56 children, ages 3 months through 4, in the care of 10 staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 6 staff records were reviewed.
