An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on-site July 26, 2023. The provider was available during the inspection. There were 11 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 5 years, with 2 staff supervising, for a total of 21 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration and care of children in response to an intensive plan of correction. A total of 1 child record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
