Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/29/2021 and concluded on 12/30/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 5 years, with the provider and one assistant supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical health of caregivers and household members, caregiver training, physical environment and equipment, care of children, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
