During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/06/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:25am and ended at 12:40. There were 11 children and 3 caregivers present; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 4 child records and 4 caregiver/household records on-site. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a walk thru of the program. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjuction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in the licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
