Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 10 children, totaling 30 points. The children were observed playing outside, waking from their morning nap, playing with toys, and interacting with both caregivers. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of the physical plant, administrative records, emergency preparedness, caregiver training, and health records.
