Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/27/2023 between the hours of approximately 2:20 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 24 points. The Family Day Home was within supervision guidelines for points. However, the family day home exceeded capacity. The children were observed napping. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 2Evidence: The provider?s maximum licensed capacity is 10. At the time of inspection, there were 11 children present.
