Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 29, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:30 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 1 assistants for a total of 30 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play, singing and dancing and other organized activities. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 2 caregiver and 3 children's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, the provider did not obtain from each caregiver documentation of a Tuberculosis (TB) screening at the time of hire that had been completed within the last 30 days.
