Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/10/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present (25 points), with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed playing in floor and table top activities, maintaining social distancing. A total of 3 child records 3 caregiver records and 3 household member records were reviewed. The lunch menu included fish sticks, potatoes, carrots, banana and milk. There were no medications on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
