Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/25/2024, between the hours of 9:30am-11:20am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 caregivers with 12 children in two rooms at the time of the visit. Children were observed eating snack, singing and playing with various age appropriate toys.Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, physical plant, first aid supplies, and emergency evacuation logs were reviewed. No medications were on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
