Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/11/2022 and concluded on 03/24/2022. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
3Evidence:
In the younger twos room there appears to be water damage in the ceiling. There was a large ceiling tile that was discolored and blotchy. The director reported the tile has been changed, however it continues to become damaged.
The director will contact the owner and request that the ceiling is repaired.
Evidence:
There was an uncapped electrical outlet above the sink in the pre-k 4 room.
A cap was placed in the electrical outlet during the inspection.
Evidence:
With the program director present, staff reported they give infants 5 minutes of tummy time.
The director will retrain infant staff on infant care, specifically about the requirements for tummy time.
