Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on October 12, 2023 from 10:00am until 11:00am. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 16 months to 4 years, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1caregiver record and 1 household member record was reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
