Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:15 am-11:35 am. There were 8 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 3 household members? records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely, eating snacks, and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Evidence: The most recent criminal history result on file for Caregiver #1 is dated 6/13/2018 and expired on 6/13/2023.
