Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 between the hours of approximately 10:55 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. There were 10 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 28 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed working on puzzles and engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children, caregiver and household member records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
