Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 13, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:30 a.m. and 11:25 a.m. There were 10 children present with the Provider and 3 assistants for a total of 30 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play, doing tummy time and eating. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were completed during this inspection. A walk-through of the home was conducted. 5 children's records and 4 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at tameika.king@doe.virginia.gov.
