Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:10am-11:05am with the provider on site. There were 7 children with two caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play and washing hands for snack. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed.
