Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:10am-11:05am with the provider on site. There were 7 children with two caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play and washing hands for snack. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain the minimum requirements.
Evidence:
1. The provider's first aid kit was missing antiseptic cleaner.

Based on observation, the provider did not have the findings of the most recent inspection of the facility.
Evidence:
1. The provider had the inspection posted for the inspection dated 3/06/2020, but did not have the inspection dated 12/30/2020.
