Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 2:50pm and 3:48 pm. There were 7 children (17 points) directly supervised by the provider and one assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed waking up from nap and having snack. Handwashing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
