An unannounced, on-site annual SHSI inspection was initiated and completed on August 26, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:25am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 1 provider and 1 caregiver present. The point total was 15. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records, 1 provider record, 1 caregiver, and 1 household member record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws.
