Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/24/2023. There were a total of 6 children ( 15 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, and fish art.. The home, 1 new child records, 1 new caregiver records,(all other records are current from last inspection) evacuation drills, attendance, and emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
