Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/01/2022 between 10:00am & 12:30pm; there were 5 children (12 points) with 2 direct caregivers. Physical plant, staff and children records, and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
