Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/25/2023 from 11:00am-12:15pm. There were 3 children (7 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. 2Evidence: In a room utilized by children, an arm of a sofa was torn, exposing the padding, and wood underneath.
