Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm with the provider. There were four children, ranging from 14 months to two years of age, for a total of 13 points. Children were observed napping and playing with age-appropriate toys. Two children's records and two provider records were reviewed and in compliance. Required information was posted. The emergency drill log, daily attendance, allergy list, two medications and authorization forms, a vehicle and a carbon monoxide detector were observed and in compliance.
