Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/23/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:25am and ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 20. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
