Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, due to a stae of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and concluded on 04/20/2021. The inspection was conducted by remote video application. There were 10 children ( 24 points) supervised by 2 caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy reulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered determined non-compliance with subsidy regulations, and violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
