Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on March 10, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 a.m. and ended at 12:20 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 30 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
