Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety on 11/10/2022 regarding allegations of forbidden actions and supervision. The inspection was initiated on 11/16/2022 and completed on 11/21/2202. The inspector was on site on 11/16/2022 from12:55 PM to 5:20 PM. Interviews with staff took place on 11/16/2022 between 4:00 PM and 5:20 PM, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. See the violation notice for more details.
