Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/2/24 from 10:50 to 11:30.
The provider had 11 children in care with three caregivers, a total of 31 points . The children were observed playing, coloring and napping. One of the children are celebrating a birthday today and there are a festive lunch of Pizza, cake, veggies and fruit planned. Lots of interaction between caregiver and children observed. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary. Reviewed the providers file as well as 3 children's files during the inspection.

1Evidence: A potty char was located in the hallway and the potty chair had not been emptied after use.
