Inspector Notes

An announced virtual monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/9/21. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and this *inspection was completed via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were 27 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a supply of materials for the children.
