Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.

A complaint inspection regarding staffing patterns and sick policy enforcement was conducted on 3/3/2022. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 38 children present, ranging in ages from 7 months to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care, and emergencies. A total of 3 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Upon review of all available information, this complaint was deemed not valid.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
