A complaint was received in the licensing office on 11/22/2022 regarding preventing the spread of disease . On 11/29/2022 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted, records and policies were reviewed. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
