A complaint was received by the licensing office regarding infant bottles and behavior of staff. An on-site investigation was initiated on October 23, 2023. Interviews were conducted, observations were made and records were reviewed. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
