Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:40pm-1:30pm. There were 8 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

The provider is required to document that children's emergency contact information has been reviewed annually. Children 1, 2, and 3's record have not been reviewed annually.
