Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/27/2023. The inspector was on site from 9:50am until 11:15am.

There were 28 children, ages 12 month to 11 years old under the supervision of eight staff. Children were observed during indoor free play. Three children's records and three staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
