Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/27/25, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:12am and ended at 1:20pm. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children and 6 staff present. The inspector viewed on-site records of 3 children and 3 staff on 10/27/25.
The inspection included the following: document reviews, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
