Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 1:15pm and 2:00pm. There were no children present with the Provider due to a water heater being replaced. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, menu and emergency procedures/materials were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on a review of caregiver records, all caregivers did not submit to fingerprinting and provide personal descriptive information described in subdivision B 2 of ? 19.2-392.02.

Evidence:
1. Caregiver #2's most recent fingerprints results on file were dated 5/24/2018 and had expired on 5/24/2023.
Plan of Correction: The caregiver has an appointment on 9/19/2023 to get the fingerprints background check done.
