Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/21/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone. The Family Day Home is currently closed and no children are enrolled. The provider is current for background checks, health screening for TB, first aid and CPR certification as well as annual training. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
