Inspector Notes

An announced monitoring visit was conducted. The home renovation is complete and the provider hopes to reopen to children in care 4/10/2023. The daycare space will be in the basement. The majority of equipment will be delivered oner the 4/7-4/9 weekend from the other provider's licensed home. The physical space, emergency preparation, diapering area, nutrition requirement-refrigerator temperature were observed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
