Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 01/30/2024 in response to a complaint received on 01/25/2024 regarding improper sanitization procedures. There was a total of 31 children and 6 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector interviewed two staff members during the investigation. The inspector arrived at 1:15 pm and departed at 2:00 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

The information gathered pursuant to an investigation of the complaint does not support the allegation and the complaint was determined to be not valid.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that cribs shall be identified for use by a specific child.

Evidence:
1. Child 1 was observed sleeping in a crib that was identified for the use by Child 2.
2. Child 3 was observed sleeping in a crib that was identified for the use by Child 4.
3. Child 5 was observed sleeping in a crib that was identified for the use by Child 6.
Plan of Correction: Will change the way that the cribs are identified.
