Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:50am-11:10am. There were 10 children (26 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, doing worksheets, practicing the alphabet, coloring and singing. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child #3's record was missing a written authorization for emergency medical care should an emergency occur and the parent cannot be located immediately.
