Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on April 14, 2022 from 12:50 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. at the time of arrival there were twenty children in care with three staff supervising. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on April 14, 2022. The complaint was regarding an incident that happened on April 8, 2022 related to the child abuse and neglect. section in the licensing standards, The preponderance of evidence during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid". There were no violations of the licensing standards cited. One staff member was interviewed, one child's record was reviewed and policies and procedures were reviewed.
