Violations
3Based on observation, the center failed to ensure all areas of the center inside and outside were maintained in clean, safe, operable condition.
Evidence:
1.The connecting clips on the safety straps on the drop in table in the back classroom (three and four year olds) were broken and cracked. The breakage makes the safety straps inoperable and a scratching hazard.
2.There is a large sticker bush on the playground in the right corner.
Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
1.On the playground, behind the lattice near the door, there was a can of wasp and hornet spray sitting out in the open.
