An unannounced Code compliance inspection was conducted with the director on July 21, 2023 beginning at 10:32am and ending at 12:42pm. The There were 37 children, ages 2 years old through 11 years old, in the direct care of 6 staff. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys and interacting with staff. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed. The center's policy and procedures were reviewed.

Based on staff interview, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that staff members at least 16 years of age. Evidence: Staff 3(start date 7/12/2023) was 14 years old.
