Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 06/24/2025 and completed on 06/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:35 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.There were 27 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site.

This inspection included: documentation review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.

The documentation of the last fire inspection on file was dated 05/24/2024.
Plan of Correction: Will make sure that the fire inspection is completed annually

After the first license, annual approval from the health department shall be provided.

The last annual health inspection documentation on file was dated 09/20/2023.
Plan of Correction: Will contact the local health department to come in and conduct an annual inspection.
