Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/17/2024 and concluded on 5/17/2024. There were six children present with the provider and one assistant present. The point total was 13. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records, two staff records and four household members records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:25 am and concluded at 11:05 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
