Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/2/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eight children present and two caregivers; the point total was 19. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and six caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included:
