Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/19/2023. There were a total of 6 children (16 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: washing hands and eating lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that emergency telephone numbers were posted in a visible area close to the telephone.
Evidence:
There were no emergency phone numbers posted by the telephone.
Plan of Correction: I will type and print out and post the emergency phone numbers by the telephone.
