Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was initiated on May 23, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 3:12 pm and completed on June 21, 2024 regarding concerns of programs. During the inspection, the inspector conducted Interviews with staff at the center, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
