An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/04/2025 and completed on 03/05/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/14/2025 relating to allegations of staff and supervision and special care provision and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
