Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The provider was contacted via Facetime to conduct the inspection. A total of 9 children (22pts) with 3 staff were present. All staff were observed wearing masks and practicing social distancing with each other. The children had just transitioned from nap time to afternoon snack. Children were observed sitting spaced apart at both tables and high chairs. Observation of the crib room, bathroom, programming area and play room was made. A total of 2 new children's records and background checks for staff and household members were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation with this inspection process.
