Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated on October 23, 2024 and completed on October 23, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:45am and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. There were 93 children present and 18 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on October 23, 2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable .standards or law. No violations were issued.
